I'm a technologist, researcher, and innovation leader. I build teams and systems that turn complex challenges into real impact.
My career spans digital transformation, healthcare technology, sports management, and explainable AI research. Each domain taught me something fundamental about how technology can serve genuine human needs — and how it fails when we forget to listen to the people who use it.
Currently I'm CTO at Oniria Studios, Director of Innovation at RFEJYDA (Spanish Royal Federation of Judo), lecturer at Universidad San Jorge, and President of the Aragonese Judo Federation. My ongoing PhD research focuses on making AI transparent enough for professionals to trust.
Now I'm bringing all of this together — leading technology and innovation where sports management, AI, and institutional leadership converge.
How I Got Here
Engineering & Creative Technology
Dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Video Game Design. Rigorous engineering plus user-centric creative thinking — the DNA for everything that followed.
TennisDNA — CMO & CTO
Led marketing strategy and technology for a tennis school operating across 11 locations in Virginia, USA. First experience managing technology and brand at scale — and learning that systems only work when they serve the people using them.
Frontend Tech Lead — Medical Imaging
Led the frontend team on a CDTI-funded medical imaging project. Built the interfaces that allowed clinical professionals to work with complex imaging data. Learned that great technology is invisible — users should focus on their work, not the tool.
Making AI Transparent (In Progress)
Ongoing PhD at Universidad San Jorge on explainable AI for biomechanical analysis. Researching how SHAP, LIME, and Grad-CAM can make ML models interpretable for professionals. Bridging machine intelligence and human judgment.
